A $100M manufacturer, distributor, and retailer of yoga lifestyle apparel hired our team to evaluate expansion of its corporate-owned retail footprint.

Candela's Role

We completed an extensive customer segmentation analysis based on customer sales data and psychographic information by ZIP code using geographic information system (GIS) datasets. Based on this analysis, we identified and prioritized high-opportunity markets for expansion and developed tailored customer segments to feed future local site selection models.
